Regards,5/9/25- GRANT: HI Vicki,I recently inquired with Arthur how he was going without reply. Prior to that he cancelled our appointment in June saying he would get back to me. I have not seen it on the market nor heard 

24/2 Grant Holman: After meeting onsite, Arthur is providing information and meeting at our Merimbula Office. Should have more information shorty.

21/2 Client:  leaning towards Grant he was more professional waiting on their proposals and ready to go.


6 Shops and one flat altogether, Two titles, The Cosmo cafe separate title,  will also come to market but later on just waiting on the accountant to get the paperwork ready
