Hi Vicky,
I already had a look at your email. Apart from Davey, I already have all the others on my list.
It's still a way to go before I put the villa on the market. Renovations take a lot of time atm.
My concern is the amount the RA has to pay to you. Will this influence the sales price?
I have to think about this.
