The client will stage the apartment and clean it up for selling.
Its a 1 bedroom, plus parking plus storage roof terrace which the owner spent her own money to re waterproof it.
She also mentioned that it was agreed by the Body Corp to add a special levy to the units to replace all of the tiling and waterproofing in the common areas etc. her units liability is an extra 30k over the course of the loan.
