26/2/25- Spoke to customer on the 25th of February. Customer explained he is not in a rush to buy, he believes prices will reduce from the 1st of April as this is the date foreign/non residents can no longer purchase established homes. I explained to the customer that foreign/non residents are a very small percentage of sales in Perth and will have no impact on sales prices. The customer also stated they will be looking at a number of buyers agents. He has requested an information pack to be sent for review which I will send today. I will make a follow up call to the customer in two weeks time.

18/2 John Stratton Have sent Shang an email and message via WhatsApp introducing myself and asking for a suitable time for us to catch up virtually. Will make a follow up message in a weeks time if I have not had a response.

Thank you for passing along the referral. I had a chat with Shang, and we’ve exchanged contact details.

He is still exploring his options and studying the market. He plans to be ready to buy after June, as he still needs to transfer funds to WA.
