17/02/2025 - Adam: there was an issue with these owners & my agency ( pre my ownership ) , we managed the property previously & attemped to sell the property also, there was a dispute over commission because we found a buyer which ended up being the tenant & the vendors belived they shouldnt pay us as the tenant was already there, the house didnt end up selling & they took the managment into self care, I have attemped to put the past issue to the side & reassure them the agency is in new hands but they wont have a bar of it. this unfortunitely wont be listed by us
