22/04/2025 - Tashana:  yes we spoke to her immediately and she has been sent an appraisal and our management fees. She's not looking to rent it out for a few months.

27/3 Pam: I spoke to her many times regarding this property and granny flat option that she wanted to build, sent her rental CMA etc etc. She was offered an unrealistic amount from the sales agent. She then went quiet and I left her a message early this week. Haven’t heard back?? Will call her again this evening and see where she is up to
