Frank: Currently we are still trying to discuss with two agent which you recommended to me yesterday. And large chance will go with them. 

Treston: Spoke to Frank today who said that it wasnt his property it was his bnrothers Andys, he wants to go with an agent where he doesnt pay advertising up front and wont sell it unless he can get $550,000 - the property is tebnanted currently and he did not know what it was rented for or how long the agreement was. he said it was rented through LaCasa RE and that's who tried to sell it last year - I told him that he was best to go with the other agents that he was speaking with and wished him all the best with the sale.
