CLive - SEPT 25 - The agents were all prompt with their appraisals and have given follow up appraisals due to the fact that the property is still in the hands of the lawyers who requested the follow up. The parties still haven't reached agreement so basically nothing has changed. 

One of the agents will be engaged once agreement is reached.
