You were unable to provide me with any contact details that were relevant and I advised your company of this at the time. I was referred this property by the lawyers acting on behalf of one of the owners and there is no connection of my listing to your business.

18/3/25-SPOKE TO VICTOR THE OWNERS ARE IN CHINA AND DUE TO DIVORCE WANT 4MILL OR WONT SELL.....DOES NOT WANT TO WASTE AGENTS TIME.. WILL SEE WHAT HAPPENS. 

18/3/25 DANIEL: DRIVE BY,  house is neglected not one has been there for a while, could be worth 3mill or 3.5 needs to get infront of him to explain OR could be more has not gone in.

12/3 Daniel: sent preposal. he didnt show up for our meeting at his clients house. he said he forgot, he doesnt want to deal with asian agent due to conflict of interest. i hope i have a good chance but he said he didnt get my SMS because he gets so many. hard to deal with he is busy or unorganised, ill keep pushing
