13/036/2025 - ON HOLD - wants $2M each  - maybe late this year, needs to be more realistic

13/03/2025 - Ziggy: Market not where he needs it to be - wants $2M per property / will wit it out

11/03/2025 - Stephen (not ready /nurture): I've since met with Ziggy. We have come to the conclusion that he will wait a little while until the market is at a price that he is prepared to sell it at. At this stage, I estimated to Ziggy between the range of $1.6 to as high as $1.7m, however he is hoping for $2m at this stage & isn't in any desperation to sell, so he intends on holding it until a time where the market is prepared to offer his expectations.
