Just another reminder that 1A Park Ave is not a referral from Which Real estate Agent as you know. They went with another agent then she that campaign finished they called around all the local agencies and went with Jellis Craig.

25/11/2025 - Gary: Well as you know they went with another agent for a long time then took it off the market. Then they called all the agents in town including us looking for new advice. So we are treating this as a normal office call appraisal. Just letting you know. Cheers

20/03/2025 - Gary: Yes I have done the appraisal. I have come in way below their expectations on price, but they have been very receptive to this. They are also a few months off being ready so I don’t think I will know much for a few weeks?
Gary: Not sure at this stage. I did go and catch up with him. I have done an appraisal. I've certainly coming in substantially lower than what the expectations were however, I think they realize their expectations were unrealistic. They are a few months of doing anything so I'll keep you posted if I hear anything .
I am a little bit disappointed in your response to this particular property.

Please do review the email I sent to Simon regarding the property coming off line - I alerted him to the fact there was another opportunity to get the listing, and an email reply from Simon to confirm he will be all over it and he followed up from there. The logs you sent confirm this was after I had alerted Simon.
Please review the mail chain below; *** Simon did reply to me that he is all over it at the time form my advice that the initial agent had not sold and there may a be a second opportunity.***
