18/3/25 JO JO She is really nice lady. She is really happy with my appraisal. However，the retirement group did not allow owners to sell with outside agent. They will sell themselves for 6 months first. They said it's their rules. Julie doesn't want them to sell her apartment. She wants me to help her. But it's not allowed. So she said she will contact me once they cannot sell with any result.
