8/5/25-AS2 Sent to agents for update
18/6/25- Julie Zena is unsure if to sell or hold for 12 months. I have been keeping in regular contact. Once i know the outcome i will give you an update.
8/5/25 Julie: I spoke with Zena today, she is just waiting on access to her property. Still unsure if she will rent it out or sell.I will keep you updated
19/3 Julie: I called Zena yesterday and left a voice mail. I was able to reach her today. I'm just working with a 3rd party to gain access to the property
