JOHN - JUL 25 - We are going to go Karyn and will setup to sign the contract on Tuesday next week, thank you for the help.




JUN 25 - Joanne has just flown back to Townsville to sort out his permanent residence in a retirement home. We are working out the best time to sell to minimise the costs of this change. Best case we will put on the market at the end of June or to may slip to July.


We have had some delays in final decision due to some personal issues. We are still planning to list in June and making a final decision at the start of June.
