11/38-40 Forrest Rd, Ryde is listed by my colleague Michael Dowling. Sophia contacted Michael directly and signed the agency agreement. 


She only spoke to me on 20th March and she never answer or got back to me after that. And she called Michael directly and signed the agency agreement with him. I think she purchased this property from Michael so she chose Michael.


Thanks for sending through the referral. Please let me know if there are any other opportunities.  Just to letting you know that Johnny has been contacting me in regard to selling property couple of years aga, but back then I was sure about selling.
