13/06/2025 - Simon: VM to call - need to check if they were in contact prior to referral. Vendor passed onto his son to look after it same day as referral.

7/04/2025 - Brodie: Proposals have been sent to the clients son and he is now considering what agent to use. I will be viewing the property tomorrow

24/03/2025 - Brodie: No probs, the owner gave me his son?s contact number. I?ve tried to call but cant get through yet
