**PROCEEDS OF CRIME THE LISTING STOPPED BY THE POLICE CAVEAT PUT ON THE HOUSE****

Regarding 22 Inkpen we did receive a copy of the memorial now, (attached for your reference) this document is now attached to his title and will prevent any settlement from occurring.

We have now terminated the offer contract as it can not proceed.


1/4/25- I got a call from the police today and unfortunately the house is being seized as proceeds of crime and the sale is going to fall through as they have today lodged a memorial on the property.

I am waiting for a bit more information but it's not looking good.


1/4/25- Property now under offer for $470,000 estimated settlement date 5/5/25. Seller given a 21 day grace period to exit the property following settlement.
