Aaron: The owner hasn’t been answering calls, but I can see she has viewed some information I have been sending her.

7/04/2025 -  Aaron: The appraisal went well. She is looking to sell towards the end of the year so was just giving her some insight on price at this stage. I will be in contact with her and let you know how I go when she is ready.

4/04/2025 - Aaron: I spoke to Sharon yesterday and have booked in to see her today at 11.45am.
