SAra -II have but he says the real estate he had miraculously got him a contract as soon as he was about to go elsewhere. I think they actually did though at $900k so I have a task to call in 2 weeks and see if contract went through or not

I have appraised and spoken to him awaiting if he wants to meet up Monday
EILES & Brittany - I had updated notes prior in the system, i spoke to John and he seemed happy to go ahead and asked me to send paperwork.
I followed up and he said he had to wait to talk to son about it, the second time he didnt answer.
I will follow up again this week.
