Thanks for checking. Lot 315 Emu spring estate reached sunset date with no settlement insight so I exited the contract on the basis of the sunset clause. Thanks again.Chioma

10/06/2025 - Ash: There has been no update from the client as to what she is planning on doing with her land.

9/05/2025 - UD agents 

Ash: The last I spoke to the client, the client had mentioned that she had a building contract as well that she wanted to nominate as she stood to lose a lot if she nominated the land alone. The client was going to reassess the situation and revert. I have spoken to the client once again after that but she has as undecided at that point and had said she’ll revert if she wanted to nominate the land alone.

8/04/2025 - Chioma: Yes.2 agents have gotten in touch so far. One looks more promising because he has sent me documents to sign if I'm happy to go ahead. However, the other agent has not been as responsive as the first, no emails exchanged or documents sent so far. The process is still ongoing.I have a meeting with my solicitor after which I will take it up from there.Thanks

8/04/2025 - Ash: Appraisal provided but no response from the client .

4/04/2025 - Ash PUD: Appraised. /Spoke to the client, appraised her land and provided information to the client on how the land nomination works. Sent an email outlining the process and cost involved. Awaiting client's instructions on whether or not she'd like to proceed with advertising and marketing her land through our agency.
