8/4/25 agent said client was dealing with her boss. They used to go school together
1/5 Yes an appraisal has been done, but as I mentioned this was a property that my boss had already been asked to appraise. They made contact yesterday and a decision has not yet been made, however they have been approached and will likely sell it privately.
