15/4/25 - Hi Rich,

Not sure now what we are doing. When looking at things more closely I have doubts that we can afford to buy what we want. The total cost to shift is almost prohibitive. Plus it appears prices have dropped in our area.

So, things are in holding pattern at present.

14/4/25 - I spoke to Phil the other day-

Says he now wants to buy in Wauchope….which is ok

But not sure he is that inclined to use a buyers agent – seems a bit stingy with money

I will follow up again next week

8/4/25 - Has spoken to Rich and believes he will go with him however is selling first - Kiley

8/4/25 - Just spoke to Philip and got his brief. As you say – he needs to sell first.

Could be a while before he sells – but can work in tandem with the sales process - Rich
