1/5/25 Dany said not doing anything at the moment.
9/4/25- appraised today 8/4/2025. They were accepting of the pricing I provided (which was lower than what they had been told previously). Will be updating them on changes to market conditions in the short term while they complete the needed painting/carpets and minor repairs/presentation works.
