23/07/2018 Vendor advised Thanks following up. The update is that we have decided to follow through with post sale period plan which was to actually relocate to Forster and give ourselves a sea change as we work out next steps for us. your attention and recommendations but at this stage we are not selling.
21/07/2018 Sharon Chambers advised the owners may be considering renovating (big time) then trying to sell
02/07/2018 Sharon spoken to vendor & was wanting to speak again - discussed $800k price but vendor wanted to have prices above. Cannot do legally so said can do rice not disclosed and the put a price on a fter a few weeks. WIll touch base iwth vendor in meantime.
