9/10/20252 - Marie: I have made contact with Glen - his son is currently living at 4 Knobel Street, North Mackay. Glen will consider selling in the new year. We have emailed him details of ATO Clearance Certificates as well as the new Sellers' Disclosure Statement. He has undertaken to reach out to me when he is ready to sell. Note that the address is 4 Knobel Street and not 4A Knobel Street.


30/04/2025 - Marie: Spoke with Glen this morning. They are delaying the sale of this property for at least 6 months for personal reasons. I will diarise to contact him again in October

11/04/2025 - Ciara: Have spoken with Glen to arrange a market update and appraisal

9/04/2025 - Marie: Made contact with Glen Stuart. He will liaise with his son to arrange a convenient day/time for me to inspect the property and give them an indication of value.
