They have problems with the leach drain, have had a plumber there a couple of times to pump the tank out, we had arranged for that same plumber to fix the leach drain just before Christmas , when he turned up to do the job he was told by Mrs Wood to get off the property. Rod has told me she was not in a good space mentally and reacted thinking he was an imposter . I have not been successful in getting him back and having difficulty finding a another who can do the job. 

Both Rod and their daughter want them to move asap , will keep you posted on any progress.

 Peter -Following up on your lead for 108 Spring Street to let you know I have done a market appraisal for Peter and Andra Wood however I think it will be some time before they will be in a position to go to market. Have been to see them on three occasions the first was all good however on following up to present a written appraisal Peter was not in good space health wise or in a position to make any decisions. I have been in constant contact with his brother Rod and have suggested they should look at arranging some home care help for Peter and Andra. Have advised Rod that when they want to go to market the house needs de cluttering and professional cleaning . Peter’s daughter lives in Melbourne , they have no family here, and Rod has advised me the daughter has applied for leave in September to come over to assist her parents. Based on this I don’t think they will be in a position to go to market until September , I will keep in touch with Rod .

Short answer no, have had phone conversations , they are elderly and not in good health, my appointment last Friday was cancelled due to not being well. Will be in touch with him again by tomorrow.

 Have been in touch a number of times, have not been able to view his property as they seem to have a lot on their plate, finally have an appointment the 5th of May , will keep you posted.
