Ryan: I spoke to the seller who was speaking to sister. I indicated $490,000 to $500,000 as per the 2 most recent sales in the complex.  She had indicated that someone had told her $560,000. I indicated to her this agent was high balling her & had just looked at what she had paid & put some mayo on it….I had no response to my full submission….
