1/05/2025 - Dave: to be honest mate I am not sure we will be taking this one on. Amrit wants way too muchg money for his block of land and it is unrealistic. He is also already advertising it privately with his own sign board and on Facebook marketplace and has already had offers of $260,000 - $270,000, which I advised him were fantastic offers in this market and he should take this. He said he wants $300k clear in his pocket after costs, which is not realistic in this market I do not believe. Thanks for the referral, but we will respectfully decline.
