20/5/25 Marie: Good morning - just letting you know that I have left multiple messages on Ken Morrow's phone with no response to date.
Marie: Good evening - an appraisal appointment has been made with Ken for tomorrow at 10:00. Thank you for the referralMet with Ken this morning. He has a lovely Queenslander with plantation shutters and modern bathroom. The internet incorrectly reflects 2/3 bedrooms - it is in fact a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom. I have undertaken to amend my desktop appraisal. Ken has indicated that he would be ready to sell if he could achieve $600,000 nett. In the current market it is a possibility.
