Julien -Funny timing, Mieke called me today to ask for an update to her previous market appraisal. I've done this and it shows a good 10% uptick in value. Hopefully this leads to something positive for all going forward? regards Julian



 (email copie edin below from julian) julian did appraisal - a bit off say 6 - 12 months - divorce - mr wants ot buy her out cheaper - he thinks could get $1m if goes to market - also she has some health issues opened up to julian - good rapport - will see how it goes.Julian noted vendor has some things to do before she can sell may take a bit longer to list
