We will be picking up the file for 8 Applecross Avenue on December 29, 2025. Once we receive the property management from the previous agent, I will send through the required information so the referral fee tax invoice can be generated.

nov 25 - I think Isabella has organised to change over to Emma.

LORRAINE - Just spoke to Isabella, all on track for change over December. She had a list of requirements with the major one being keys to property held locally for tradesman etc to access. Emma has been great so far organising the change over.

MAY 25 - Isabella is going to talk to both agents on her days off next week to clarify some questions.

LORRAIe We are waiting to find out when the current agency expires. Isabella has sent another email as the first one went unanswered, maybe aware that we aren’t happy with current service??. Think she has decided on one as soon as we find out how to end the current agency agreement.
