4/6/25 Wayne said he thinks the son may have talked him out of it but will follow up in a few months may have changed mind again.

Wayne called in, he went to the house, met Spencer lovely man, beautiful house original features etc the other agent undervalued it, Wayne said high 6's for sure, may have a buyer but does not want to push the old fella, will call him in a few weeks.
