Sally: We had a big chat last night and I sent a follow up email once I had done some market research. Unfortunately the price she is chasing is not out there at the moment. I’m not sure she will be happy with my price thoughts but I never inflate the figure to win listings. Definitely one to follow up in 6-12 months.

6/05/2025 - Mark: I have had a chat with the client. They are hoping to sell the property for $900+ however the market value is most likely around $800k. They are going to think about their options and decide if they sell now or rent for another year or two.
