MAY 25 -As it stands I am probably a year or so off putting the house on the market, and may at some stage seek some advice from agents as to how to best prepare the property for sale.

i.e. whether any renovations or improvements would be of benefit or whether, being an older house on a corner block, it is more likely to be attractive as a development opportunity.

If I decide to go ahead and feel your advocacy would be helpful I will get in contact a little further down the line.
