Tuyet initially listed with us, then she asked us to release her to go to Hocking Stuard in Dandenong and so we agreed.
Tuyet then cancelled their agreement and listed for sale with Area Specialist who mislead her and took the home to Auction without any success. Tuyet then engaged my office again to assist with the sale and then signed up with an estate agent from Zed Real Estate in Hampton East and they stitched her up with a 6 month agreement on her house plus her investment.
I do not think she understands what she is doing and eosnt really have any idea to be honest.

13/6/25 Adam Sorrell: Yes we have but the client had already signed an exclusive sales authority with Harcourts in Glen Waverley when we had spoken to her.
She then said that she would cancel that one and sell with my office however she self manages the property and has a tenant in the home until early 2026 from memory.
