Late afternoon. 

LEANNE - SEPT 25 - 

When we both origianlly spoke with her in May she was looking to move almost imediately into a retirement village. However upon reviewing them further the one she liked didn't have space until their new buildings were ready (maybe 12 months), and the ulimately decided the other complex was not somewhere she wanted to live. 

My follow ups with her in late June indicated that if an older place became available in the village she liked she wouldnt buy that instead of waiting for the new one. Which is why the "now or 12 months" conversation. I told her I'd touch base every 3 to 6 months to see how her health was, and whether the plan changes or not. 

I can't remember if I mentioned at the time but her neighbour who seems to help a lot is a past client of mine so I'll somewhat be kept in the loop if anything changes in the meantime. 

If you'd like me to touch base sooner I've no problems with that. 

 Its taken me all this time after several unanswered calls to finally get Jeanette back on the phone but just had a wonderful conversation with her. 

Other agents have priced it approx $50k lower than me, which is ridiculous. I sold a similar property just down the road in March last year for the figures they're talking about. 

She may still be 12 months off depending on what retirement village shes able to get into but I'll keep in touch every few months. 

Her neighbour helps her out quite a bit and he's a past seller of mine so I think that will help in her overall decision on choosing agents too.
