Bec - Last time we spoke Dave mentioned the tenant was all caught up with their rent now. He asked if our fee was negotiable and I asked for details of what he is currently on so I can review. Dave never responded after that. Multiple attempts have been made to get back in touch with Dave to see if he is still looking to change but there has not been any response from him
