Jo is the contact for the sale of Mum's home
A unique property in that it is in a Lifestyle Over 50’s, gated community.
She has had her house for sale since June 2024 with the lifestyle centre however no outside advertising has been done and salesperson only available Monday to Friday
2 bedrooms,1 study, large living/dining area,1 bathroom, 2 toilets, single garage with the ability to park two vehicles. Built in 2019 and in perfect condition with stone top benches in kitchen and bathroom.
Lovely garden with covered and partly enclosed outside living area.
There is a monthly rental fee, which I believe is $800 approx. per month which covers the cost of upkeep of all amenities, including 2 pools, lawn bowls, clubhouse and surrounding landscapes. No rates or water bills are payable.
They did have one agent out but she wanted to sell it as a 3 bedroom and not mention the lifestyle community which didn't sit well with her Mum who is 85
