5/12/25- Norval awaiting ASIC to reregister the vendor company
24/7/25-Norval paid for marketing then advised he’s lost the titles so I held off marketing. The process to get them reissued could be around 28 days. I’ve written to him for an update.

It's cheaper to sell together but generally those buyers are investors and don't pay as much as owner occupiers (who only want 1 spot generally).
