23/07/2025 - Mitch PUD: We have past appraised this property and have communication for the last two year. First appraised in Nov 2023.

31/05/25025 - Mitch: This is a past appraisal of ours. However from our understanding it is a separation and we had previously been dealing more with the wife. And only spoken to Bill a couple of times over the past year or so. Not sure how this affects our agreement, but we have sent off a proposal to the husband also.

27/05/2025 - Daryn: I have been in contact with owner and have sent a proposal off to him yesterday. Awaiting a response from him.
