SAME DAY LAF - Daniel 

4/06/2025 - Dabniel PUD: Saw Leonie at the property on Monday (2/6) morning . It’s a deceased estate, she and her brother are the executors (brother lives in Benalla & wasn’t there ). Property needs approximately $20,000 spent to remove cars, boats, building materials, etc…from the property . Leonie is keen to sell it however sounds like her brother wants to declutter it first ?
