They want to sell it off market and indicative price for a single story home with 4/2/2 configuration and display home inclusions is appx $1.05 - $1.1 Mil at the very max. Sam
3/6/25 - Just let you know, i tried to explain to him about the current market situation , like there is no investor buying, majority are owner occupied. So we suggest if they can, better sell when its vacant as we have lots case sell the house with tenant and by the settlement date, tenant can't move out and vendor were in breaching the contract. And with tenant , the house is not going to present us the best way we want. Next door recently sold for $920k on 575m2 , and he paid $950k 2 years ago. I guessed he is not happy to hear what i said.
