11/06/2025 - Donna - cancelled our request - hubby blew up at her for coming to us. / 20% fee was cause, so agent brought it up in an negative manner
Steve agreed @ 10% incl. GST
5/06/2025 - Steve: I have been unable to find the email but will continue as agreed at 10% inc GST for the referral fee I will contact Donna and arrange a property inspection
