18/7/25- Decision Email to Vendor We have had both agents come through our property & received an appraisal from David Swarbrick, they were lovely people. I received an email from Stuart Pearson & informed him I had not received his appraisal & have heard no more from him.

We will be placing our property on the market in the next month & wont be using any of these agents,
