10/07/2025 - Alexandra: I spoke to Blake as soon as the referral came through. The property is currently tenanted with LJ Hooker and he had already made the decision to sell with them. He felt that it made sense to list with the same agency that managed the tenancy, particularly for ease of sale purposes. Regardless I offered to appraise the property and provide a competitive market update and sales strategy - however he declined.
