MEG -NOV 25 - Hi Natalie, they gave up on their acreage purchase and said they were not under pressure any longer and exhausted from trying to get it ready so would leave it until next year. I think they will still move but it's a flat market down here courtesy land tax. Lots of properties and fewer buyers. We will stay in touch. Meg kb

Linda said to us they had let their purchased acreage (conditional) elsewhere go and were exhausted and leaving it until next year.

We will touch base with her then, hopefully still selling!

 Sorry yes I conducted an appraisal there last Saturday. Went really well, really nice people.

I am away until Monday which they are aware and they were very happy to visited before leaving for holidays Saturday night. 😁 Adam

Meg - Jenni called to say she liked us and one other agent so they are finishing off the house and will have us both back and her husband can meet us and decide.
