I have endangered species on my property and diverse habitat. It's on the Rhyndaston Gorge, and the cliffs are 250 vertical metres with stunning views.
It really matters to me that the property doesn't go to some redneck, that wants to use it as a shooting and motorbike riding 'recreation' property. Just contacted Rebecca. She's not ready yet as council lost plans for her home
20/6/25 Rebecca: One has been in touch and I'm weighing up fees etc.
However, I have also uncovered a couple of avenues to prove that the cabin was approved and occupancy granted back in the nineties.
So I'm really pushing for that currently, and not ready to proceed with selling until I've exhausted those options.
