Adam: Thanks for the referral, we will contact Bijoy to pay him the courtesy to inform him that we are unable to assist, this property falls directly within the high density pocket of department of housing & aboriginal government housing that we can no longer service this area, there is far too much crime & property damage that it simply isn’t viable to manage them.
A lot of agencies in Wagga are now in the same position as us.
I think we have had another one similar to this in the past, we naturally service al of Wagga & surrounds so do appreciate the referrals we receive & can service 99% that you do refer, this one unfortunately falls within that1% area we are unable to assist.
