  22/01/2026 - Simon: I regret to inform you that we only had a signed authority for 1 week (offmarket) last year and the vendor has already cancelled the agreement and moved back in to their property. Following their unsuccessful campaign with Richard Matthews we tried to push it to some off-market buyers but did not have any luck, and they were not open to re-advertising. I can confirm that the ads will be removed from our Belle Portal today.
