CHRIS -I have spoken to them and done the appraisal. I will follow them up this week and see if they are going to put it on the market. They were not 100% sore when I spoke to them.

rosie does not want to take on as she has 1-3 there atm and saturates market - has some issues with body corp - will be sorted, but will take a little time - better for vendor to old off selling
